My dogs (great danes) could not eat it - they were getting severe diarhea, so had to change it. They had several different Dog Chow Purina food, but this is the only one they reacted badly too. Maybe its individual, but for my dogs its like: never again, and had to toss half of the bag.

  • It was the first food I bought for my puppy (Pressa Canario). The food had a nice aroma, the packaging was quite good, and it seemed like he enjoyed eating it immensely. The reason I had to change it (two or three months after buying it) was because apparently my dog didn't really like the taste of turkey, which resulted in him having accidents several times a day (at least three or four) and they smelled quite bad. However, they were well-formed. Overall, for its price, it did its job just fine.

Many financial difficulties occurred so I had to buy this product. It is very mediocre, the dog does not eat it with appetite. I beg him to eat it and I am forced many times to put other things inside in order to get him to eat it...

Protein: 28.0%, Fat content: 12.0%, Crude ash: 7.5%, Crude dietary fiber: 2.5%, DHA: 0.05%.
