    It's good once you get used to it. Firstly, although it's the "light" version from Lodge, I would say it's very heavy for a frying pan. Secondly, at first you need to be very careful with the temperature because it's nothing like other pans. With a non-stick pan, I used to set the temperature to the maximum to cook fillets and ribeye, but with this one, until it "settles in," you have to fry at a low temperature (6 out of 10) because it retains whatever temperature you give it for a long time. I messed up the first time and ruined the pan's seasoning. I did a new seasoning, fry at a lower temperature, and everything is fine. Over time, as the non-stick layer builds up, I imagine I'll be able to increase the temperatures too.

    Update: I haven't managed to maintain the seasoning even though I'm applying it correctly. I'm taking off one star
