Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
Rosemary can be used in culinary preparations as well as a beverage.
Recipe: For a cup of tea, add a teaspoon of the herb to hot water (80-90 C) and cover it for 5'-8' minutes to keep the steam inside the cup. Then strain and serve. Add honey, milk, or lemon if you wish.
