Rosemary - Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinallis)
Rosemary can be used in culinary preparations as well as a beverage.
Recipe:
- For one cup of tea, add one teaspoon of the herb to hot water (80-90 C).
- Cover it for 5'-8' minutes to keep the steam inside the cup.
- Then strain and serve.
- Add honey, milk, or lemon if desired.
