The Ajax Systems Protect 2 wireless temperature detector detects high temperatures above 64°C and a rapid temperature rise of more than 10°C in one minute or less. It features a built-in siren and audible and visual alerts, and operates as part of an Ajax system or as a standalone device without a Hub.

The siren has a volume of 85 dB at a distance of 3 m. The detector uses the Jeweller protocol and is suitable for indoor use.
