    It is a very good idea that they have made it in powder form that dissolves easily without additives. I have been using it for years. Due to gastroesophageal reflux, many foods bother me or cause bloating, but for other reasons, if something bothers my stomach, I consume it plain or in water or milk, and in ten minutes I feel much better. If you blend it with milk using a mixer, it becomes like cream, very nice and tasty with the fantastic aroma of mastic from Chios. I take it with me on trips, and if I eat out because you never know if the food will cause bloating.
