Bay Leaves (Laurus Nobilis)
Bay leaves can be used in culinary preparations or as a beverage.
Recipe: For one cup of tea, add a teaspoon of the herb into hot water (80-90°C) and cover it for 5-8 minutes to keep the steam inside the cup. Then strain and serve. You may add honey, milk, or lemon, etc., if desired.
