The Forever Siva ST-100 activity tracker supports activity and selected health metric tracking, while enabling communication via a SIM card. It features an SOS function for calling for help at the press of a button, as well as motion and fall sensors that notify family members if the wearer remains inactive for an extended period or falls. Built-in GPS records and saves routes, while the safety zone alerts the caregiver when the wearer leaves the preset boundaries.

With a SIM card, it supports voice calls, video calls and voice messages, as well as sending and receiving photos and videos using the built-in camera. It measures heart rate, blood oxygen level and body temperature, while tracking steps, distance, activity history and sleep. It also features reminders for scheduled and recurring activities, a clock, date, alarm and a function to locate the device via a mobile app.
