Instructions for Use:

• Remove the existing insoles from your shoes.
• Cut the insoles along the marked lines according to your shoe size.
• Place the insoles in your shoes with the Gel side facing down.
• Each insole indicates which foot it is for: L for the left, R for the right.
• Replace the insoles when you notice signs of wear.
• To clean the insoles, use a damp cloth with a little soap. Do not place them under water.
