It is an amazing product for prevention, maybe even for minor injuries, but in my case, when I had a serious wound with a lot of pain, it couldn't heal...
Advice for those going through something similar, I stopped breastfeeding from the injured breast and only pumped with a breast pump to prevent milk from getting cut off from there, and I wore breast shells all day for a week, they help the wound to ventilate and keep the nipple outside, only this way did I truly see improvement from the second day onwards, it took me a week to heal.
They are called breast shells and they are from chicco

I don't know how effective it is, but it is very expensive and destroys all fabrics if they happen to touch it.

My son is undergoing acne treatment and I was looking for something for his lips. The doctor recommended one that he applied several times a day, but it didn't work. I found this one by chance, searching the internet for an alternative, and saw that others undergoing acne treatment had used it on their lips. He tried it and it's amazing. He only applies it at night, in quantity, and sleeps. It has worked very well. He doesn't even need to apply it during the day. Only at night while sleeping.

  • This review is about the mass gaining: 7 ml

It helps a lot and really doesn't need rinsing. It didn't cause any problem for my son. My nipples were very sore and had scabs, and this cream gradually helped me. Unlike other solutions, this was the best.

  • I tried this specific Medela for the first time and it seemed very thick and sticky to me!!! The lanolin from the other company (purple) which is also 100% pure lanolin is much better and softer, spreads easily and moisturizes the skin!!!

  • I don't have experience with other creams on the market, but it did its job amazingly. At some point, I injured the nipple of one of my breasts quite a bit with the breast pump, as I forgot to put on the silicone nipple of the pump while I was asleep, and after two uses it healed the wound. You need to rub a tiny amount between your fingers before application to soften it.

Big problem with nipples due to pregnancy hormones, with dryness to a frightening degree, and it solved it. Very important for me is also the fact that it does not contain harmful substances, such as parabens that other products intended for the same purpose contain. It stains clothes a little due to its greasiness, but I solved this by having a specific undershirt that I wore after using the cream. The 37 ml, although at first I thought it was little, in the end is enough and lasts for a few months even with daily use, as I do, because you use a small amount of the gel, but it gives you the desired result. Purchased at around €8, good price for what it offers, but a higher price would be excessive, to be honest. I will return with an update during breastfeeding.

On its own, it didn't work for me. I started to see some results when I used it in combination with the Frezyderm cream; I would apply this one in the morning after each breastfeeding session, and at night I would use the Frezyderm one so it could stay on for a while and do its job. In general, I consider this company overrated, having also used their breast pump. I think it was the first company to make a breast pump, but now there are other equally good and much more affordable options!

I am in the 24th week of pregnancy and for about a week I had started to have incredible itching on my nipples, combined with a little colostrum that started to come out. My midwife recommended this particular cream to me, and as soon as I put it on, relief came. It's just amazing, now I carry it everywhere and apply it all day when they start to itch. It spreads nicely, it is indeed very sticky but it doesn't bother me. I will return with a new review when I give birth, and of course if I manage to breastfeed. Excellent, I recommend it.

Essential for those who breastfeed. In case of an "accident," you apply it and by the next feeding the wound has healed! And you can breastfeed directly without even washing the area. Especially during the weaning period, which is where we are now, it helps relieve congestion by keeping the nipple soft and hydrated so that no problems occur.

I am one of the very few, if not the only one, who did not buy it for breastfeeding. My surgeon recommended it to me after a double surgery on my neck, for better and faster healing of the scars. Although its texture is very sticky and it stains everything, it does an amazing job and I highly recommend it. I apply it daily and the result is amazing.

It really does provide full hydration
But personally, I'm not thrilled with how it leaves residue on clothes or on the baby when it touches the breast for breastfeeding.
I used it at first until my breasts calmed down and my nipples got used to it.
Now I use it every now and then, if at all.

Initially, I had been injured quite a bit from the very beginning, so the cream didn't help me because it is not healing. After a visit to Elena and a special treatment, they suggested that I use it before breastfeeding to help a little with the pain. The midwives recommend it, while the gynecologist thought it does absolutely nothing.

Essential for those who breastfeed. In case of an "accident," you apply it and by the next feeding the wound has healed! And you can breastfeed directly without even washing the area. Especially during the weaning period, which is where we are now, it helps relieve congestion by keeping the nipple soft and hydrated so that no problems occur.

the one tube lasted a long time, months actually. the texture does not come off the fingers easily after using the cream and I found a way by applying another cream to the rest of my body. the second cream also takes the lanolin off the fingers, try it.

It helped me a lot during the first period when we were trying to breastfeed, the baby wasn't latching on properly so I was in pain! It was effective!

  • Soft, absorbent cream for nipples. For breastfeeding marathons and growth spurts when the baby wants to nurse constantly, it is ideal

  • My son is undergoing acne treatment and I was looking for something for his lips.

  • I don't know what I would do without this cream!
Very positive that it is edible and you don't need to wash before breastfeeding.

  • Very good for the nipples, however because it is very oily, it has stained all my bras and the stain does not come out at all even if put in the washing machine

  • I was absolutely satisfied with its use as a breastfeeding accessory. After my nipples healed, I used and still use it as an overnight mask for my lips and honestly, it has nothing to envy from very expensive lip care products.
