What are the characteristics of melamine?

  • Material made from non-toxic substances, it is odorless and environmentally safe.
  • Lightweight, with color stability and good gloss.
  • Rounded edges, smooth to the touch, good texture, with a traditional porcelain aesthetic.
  • Heat resistance from -20 °C to +120 °C.
  • Low thermal conductivity and self-extinguishing fire protection.
  • Impact resistance and high surface hardness, does not easily deform.
  • Water resistance and good wash resistance.
  • Cleaning in a designated dishwasher.
  • Good corrosion resistance to acids and alkalis, as well as to grease, acid, alkalis, and various solvents.
  • Unaffected by oil, gasoline, and organic solvents.

Cleaning, Disinfection, Storage

  • Can be cleaned with a designated dishwasher or a soft cloth.
  • Do not use powder and brush.
  • Long-term soaking at high temperatures will damage the surface.
  • It is recommended to soak for about 15 to 20 minutes in warm water at 30 °C ~ 40 °C.
  • Boiling and disinfection can easily cause alteration of the product.
  • If sterilization by boiling is required, shorten the time.
  • After packaging and storage, keep in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
