I can't wait to literally burn it and watch it suffer. It's a traumatic experience to double- or triple-tie the straps and have them come undone every now and then, resulting in your laptop (obviously inside a case) falling to the ground so often that it causes problems for the laptop. Besides the fact that it's completely uncomfortable, the straps, the buckles, it's difficult to open. I really think the company wanted to make a bag that constantly causes problems. As for the design and aesthetics, nothing special in the end. Any fingerprint shows up clearly with this leather it has. One of the worst purchases I've ever made... Never again rains..
