I have had these specific shoes for several years. I use them for squats, but they can also be used for weightlifting. Full stability and support, I feel my footing is much more solid, they haven't worn out at all, comfortable and functional. Έχω τα συγκεκριμένα παπούτσια αρκετά χρόνια. Τα χρησιμοποιώ για squat, αλλά μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν και για άρση βαρών. Φουλ σταθερότητα και στήριξη, νοιωθω πολύ πιο στιβαρό το πάτημα μου, δεν έχουν φθαρεί στο παραμικρό, άνετα και λειτουργικά. Όποιος ασχολείται με τις παραπάνω ασκήσεις, επενδύει με κλειστά μάτια. Προσοχή, να τα φοράτε ΑΠΟΚΛΕΙΣΤΙΚΑ την ώρα που κάνετε την άσκηση.
