Berling METAL PLUS PRIMER alkyd anti-rust primer protects metal surfaces from rust, including car chassis. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, it resists moisture, impact and changing weather conditions, and can be used as an undercoat or topcoat. It can be recoated with solvent- or water-based enamel paint.
Apply with a brush, roller or spray gun to a dry, clean surface. Apply 2 coats to new surfaces and 2–3 coats to previously painted surfaces, allowing 16 hours between coats. Thin with white spirit by up to 15% by volume.
