I have been using the 0.35mm for many years. I chose the 0.40mm mainly for winter, as I fish in rough weather and often get clumps of seaweed/branches caught while reeling in the line, which puts a strain on it and increases the chances of it breaking. Something you definitely don't want when you catch a fish... I have tried much more expensive lines, but I was not satisfied at all. The cost/performance ratio of this particular line is very favorable. You just need to check it occasionally for wear due to things like debris in the sea or rocky bottoms, and if you fish all summer, then you should "replace" it (flip it front to back...).
