It is not a sturdy construction but the quality of the coffee is amazing. I have had it for two months and I make 3-4 espressos a day and I am absolutely satisfied! And the crema on the cappuccino is just right, and maybe even faster than what I am used to. In conclusion, for the price, it is the best you can buy for this money!

I have made five coffees and from the very first one, which came out average in quality, I realized I would be able to drink the perfect coffee, specifically a freddo espresso. In the double shot group, we put 2 level (not heaping) spoonfuls, then I extract a single shot of coffee and shake it for a bit with an ice cube. The foam when shaking should remain dark and not turn whitish. I am very demanding when it comes to coffee and already, without any remarkable blend, I am drinking much better coffee than store-bought... I hope I don't jinx it, it's amazing!

Very good for its price. Not excellent though. I don't like that the filter doesn't lock onto the group, it just sits there. Also, sometimes I think the extraction time gets misadjusted, so I have to set it again.

Honestly, I am puzzled by all the positive comments. Influenced by them, we bought the coffee maker, but from the first use it had a strong plastic smell affecting not only the water tank but also the taste and smell of the coffee despite repeated uses and cleanings.

Assuming it was a defective product, we requested a replacement and to their credit, they proceeded to replace the product.

Unfortunately, the new one has exactly the same issue, the strong smell of plastic remains. Essentially, you are drinking coffee with a plastic taste.

This is not just a bad product, but one unsuitable for use due to such a strong smell and poor quality plastic.

In the end, the product cost us 85 euros and it is literally fit for the trash.

I've had it for 1 month and so far everything is perfect..Silent and makes coffee as it should. A positive is that it takes both capsules and ground coffee

I am surprised that no one mentions the very strong smell of plastic both in the water tank and in the coffee it makes. Other than that, it works properly.

My first, espresso/cappuccino machine. I have found it easy to use. I would prefer a larger gap where the cup is placed. I had to buy shorter( cuter..) cups because I would transfer and lose all the crema. The steamer works great. I did as others recommended and removed the outer “sleeve” but only needed to with lower fat content milk. The 5% milk frothed just fine. Make sure to clean the water receptacle on a regular basis, if left unchecked it can get slimy.

I've had it for about a month, using it twice daily, and I can say it does an excellent job. It makes better coffee than what I can get outside and saves quite a bit of money in the long run. Of course, it needs a little cleaning after each use to keep it in good condition and to avoid leaving a 'metallic' taste in the coffee, but it's a typical one-minute process.

The frother attachment also does a good job, making exactly the same foam as you would get from a professional machine. With the protective nozzle, it takes a little longer and produces a more lukewarm foam. Without it, it creates a creamy texture in less time, but you need to be careful because the milk can burn easily.

Overall, it's a good machine for espresso and cappuccino, it takes about 1 minute to warm up, makes a single or double coffee (or two singles), and then 20 seconds for re-preparation. Exactly the time you need to clean the group and put in fresh coffee.

I am satisfied with the coffee it makes, although I don't really have a point of comparison since this is the first coffee maker I have bought.

It makes very good coffee for its price. I would say it's worth it. The machine is very light and you have to hold it firmly to put the portafilter in its base. It heats the milk quickly, there is no issue

Perfect coffee, if I were to buy again, I would get the same one. Very convenient that you can use both capsules, and that the holders for single or double coffee are easily interchangeable. I highly recommend it.

I have had it for over 6 months. It works on a daily basis, I might be making coffee all the time. It has not disappointed me at all. I can't live without coffee. The best purchase, it's worth buying, you will save a lot on take away and delivery. 5/5 I recommend it with my eyes closed and you will remember me.

Great little machine. Does a very nice coffee without too much hassle. Doesn't take up a lot of bench space. I run the steam wand with the outside nozzle removed and it makes a much better froth on the milk. Very happy with my purchase, worth the money.

Strong and makes good coffee with nice crema. With rough calculations, a double cappuccino now costs 0.80 compared to buying it outside (2.80+), and that's why I chose it.

Short in height and does not make it easy to fit a cup, simple domestic machine does not bring out intensity and colors in the crema, that's why all user photos show a beige layer on top of the coffee in the cups compared to a cecotec CEC-01576 that I use at work, it is a very mediocre machine.

Very good, heats up quickly, doesn't make noise and makes a decent coffee. The double basket could be a bit bigger because it barely holds ~16 grams for a double and sometimes when tamping a little coffee falls out.

the best coffee maker I have ever had, I am never going back to nespresso etc.. I finally drink real cappuccino at home and in many cases it's even better than what you get outside. the only issue is that for milk froth I still use only the nespresso aeroccino, it's a class above and easier than the steam wand. If you already have an aeroccino, keep it, the combination with the coffee that Primo makes is amazing.

I've had it for about two months, I mainly make freddo espresso and I am very satisfied with the result. I don't miss the coffee I used to get from outside. I use it very amateurishly but I think it's worth it. I've also tried the capsules and it's perfect if you want to combine both in one device. I recommend it!

Wonderful machine, same coffee, different machine and it's as if I had been drinking a different coffee all these years. The crema is just as other buyers show in their photos. I recommend it unreservedly. Silent and with a setting function for single and double dose as everyone prefers.

I have never had such perfect coffee from a home espresso machine! And not even with particularly high-quality coffee.
In the area where I live, it makes better coffee than almost all delivery places.

It made coffee twice and then broke down. I spoke with the store and they gave me the phone number for the service. The service never answered. My money is wasted.

After six months of working normally and being very satisfied with its coffee, it suddenly broke down and as soon as I plugged it in, water started running and the only way to stop it was to unplug it again. I thought maybe it was a coincidence and it just got stuck, but unfortunately it turned out to be permanent. I returned it for repair and they refunded my money. I believe it was coincidental, I just happened to get a defective product. I recommend it for its coffee, but it concerned me that everything was fine and suddenly it developed a fault for no reason.

I would like the lid where the coffee goes to hook onto its base so that it can be cleaned more easily under the tap without spilling all over the kitchen.

If you use strong coffee (I use ILLY INTENSO) and stop it at the right moment without letting too much water through, you will drink very nice coffee. Personally, I couldn't get the milk froth right no matter which method I tried. The components come off very easily for cleaning
