The Proacoustics sound-absorbing set includes four freestanding anti-vibration supports for speakers and other audio equipment. Each support has a rubber cup and a 25 mm-thick, semi-closed-cell Regufoam© polyurethane foam pad to absorb vibrations and isolate the equipment from the supporting surface.
Using these supports reduces the transmission of sound energy to supporting surfaces, sound coloration and acoustic feedback, while helping to prevent resonance and mechanical distortion. They are suitable for subwoofers, monitor and Hi-Fi speakers, turntables, disc players, amplifiers, Hi-Fi accessories, and floating concrete or wooden floors.
