SHIMANO designed the CUES series tailor-made for bikes that seek maximum reliability and endurance in adverse conditions.

The philosophy behind the CUES series is based on thicker gear teeth and different chain operating angles, allowing for smooth shifts from one gear to another.

This results in up to 3 times greater longevity, with guaranteed proper function in every condition.

The SHIMANO CUES series is compatible with almost all mid-range bikes and above, even with most older aluminum bikes.

For transmission operation, a complete replacement of the old worn-out series is required, as the operating standards of chains and gears cannot be combined with technologies from different series that are not Link Glide.
