So far, I have tried the banana and cappuccino flavors. The banana flavor is excellent, it reminds me of a milkshake and stands out from other banana flavors of different brands. I also got a pre-workout with pineapple flavor since there was no other option. It is a very good choice and the only downside is that you don't feel the tingling sensation. In my opinion, this is not a negative thing since I was tired of it. The protein, as shown in the photo, is like powder, which means it is of excellent quality, and it dissolves perfectly in milk. I assume that all the flavors are excellent.
