The INTIMICHIC MENSTRUAL CUP is the most innovative and hygienic alternative to tampons and disposable protections. It is reusable with a uterine cup that fits perfectly in the vagina, collecting menstrual flow instead of absorbing it. The light seal created with the vaginal walls prevents leaks and does not alter the natural balance of the vagina or its natural lubrication.

The Intimichic cup is made from medical-grade SILICONE, the safest and most biocompatible material that can come into contact with the body without causing reactions. It is a cheaper alternative to other disposable protections, as it can be reused for more than 10 years.

Which size to choose?

• Women under 25 years old use SIZE S, unless they have given birth vaginally, in which case they use SIZE L.
• Women over 25 years old use SIZE L.

How to use it?

The INTIMICHIC MENSTRUAL CUP is very easy and comfortable to use. It is important to be relaxed and find the most comfortable position during insertion and removal.

Insertion: It is important to remain calm. Dry and sterilize the cup in boiling water for three minutes before using it. Wash your hands with warm water and natural soap. For the first insertions, you can wet the cup or use a water-based lubricant. Hold the cup and press it, folding it lengthwise. Insert the cup at an angle towards the back.

Removal: Wash your hands thoroughly. Choose the most comfortable position and find the stem of the Intimichic Cup. Hold the stem and carefully pull the cup out. If you have difficulty, use a finger to separate the cup from the vagina. Empty the contents into the toilet and wash it with water.

Cleaning and care: During menstruation, it is sufficient to wash the cup with warm water and natural soap. After menstruation, sterilize the cup by boiling for 3 minutes. Ensure that the small holes under the rim are clean. Store the cup in the provided bag.
