The impetus for the creation and writing of the teaching material presented in two volumes was the change in the way teachers are appointed in Primary Education.

It primarily targets those who wish to be appointed to public education under the new appointment system of the Ministry of Education.

Because the interested audience varies in terms of the time of degree acquisition, additional formal qualifications (graduate studies), and teaching experience (substitutes, hourly-paid, private tutoring), the material offered aims not only to familiarize candidate educators with this specific type of examinations but also to provide a brief reference to modern teaching trends, making it a reference point and practical tool for those already serving in education.

Additionally, guidelines are provided so that candidates can realize the application of their already acquired knowledge in the reality of a middle-high school class with different levels of knowledge, different linguistic needs, and interests.
