It won't start without an SD card. The power cable is a bit thick and I had trouble hiding it in the car's plastic panels. Especially towards the back. The front camera cable is type-a to type-c, so you need an adapter if your car has type-c USBs. It also just barely reached, from the mirror, to the left pillar, all the way down on the floor, under the seat to the cigarette lighter socket next to the handbrake. The cable for the rear camera is very long and I had to improvise to hide it. Good cameras, app is ok, connection only via wifi and somewhat slow video downloads. The rear sticker (film) is a bit inconvenient, the camera's view "catches" it and it shows up in the recordings. There are 2 per camera in the package in case of a mistake. Use only the plastic tool, not your hands which could damage it.

The only issue I found is the inability to record from both cameras simultaneously. Whichever camera is selected to appear on the display is the one that is recorded to memory. Other than that, it is a very satisfactory recorder even in low light conditions. It works perfectly with the app.
