    It is a good and quality product. As for the sizes, I am writing to help because I also made a wrong choice. My child is 4 years old and the circumference of his forehead is 52cm. The medium size was small, it barely fit on his head and his ears were folding and pressing too much. Overall, it was very tight and sat high on his head, and everyday use with these conditions would be extremely difficult. I will get the Large size if available
