Specifically, the transition from the old to the new Penal Code and the successive modifications raise significant timeless legal issues at both substantial and procedural levels, making it necessary to compare the relevant provisions throughout their historical trajectory, especially in light of the gradual implementation of the new regulations of Law 5090/2024, which extends until 1.7.2024.
