Thaw disposable heated insoles are activated by contact with air and are designed to be worn inside shoes. The package contains two full-foot insoles with adhesive backing for secure placement. They provide heat for over 7 hours, reaching temperatures of up to 40 °C.

To activate, open the package by hand and leave the insoles to warm up for 5 minutes. Place them over your socks, not directly against your skin, and discard them once they cool down. They are odorless and ready to use.
