The Audioengine S8BLK powered subwoofer enhances low frequencies in music, movies, and games, and can connect to a stereo receiver or speakers. Its 8″ long-throw woofer faces downward, while the bottom- and front-firing port design helps deliver fast, accurate bass. The steel frame and heavy-duty rubber surround support low-frequency reproduction.

Its compact size allows placement in a corner or behind furniture. It features a Class D amplifier and protection against current overload, overheating, and transient surges during power-on or power-off.
