    this particular epilator has negatives: it does not epilate well, basically it does not remove the hairs from the root effectively
    I needed to epilate every 2 days. I needed many passes on each spot. It makes quite a lot of noise, it can irritate you, slightly cut you on curved areas and it can irritate the skin. Poor quality, it did not last long in use, it does not remove short hairs.
    the only good thing is that the irritation lasted for a short time compared to others
    I do not recommend it to anyone

    20 years...still flawless! If you use it correctly, nothing happens to it. As for the pain...it depends on the skin. If you are overly sensitive, it's not the machine's fault. I've never had an issue, and after so many years, I see very few hairs now. I will buy the same model again for my daughters
