Gelatin is an animal-derived product obtained from pork. It belongs to gelling agents and can be used in cooking and baking to thicken watery mixtures such as creams and sauces. Depending on the amount we use, it can also give us more stable mixtures, such as fruit jelly.

It contains two amino acids, proline and hydroxyproline, which have a positive impact on the recovery of connective tissue. Gelatin can be taken in the morning, on an empty stomach, alone or as a base in yogurt, muesli, cereals, fruit juice, in smoothies, or in hot beverages like tea or coffee. For better flavor, add honey.

Warning! It is not suitable for use with pineapple, kiwi, and raw papaya. It may contain traces of celery, gluten-containing cereals, soy, mustard, milk, sesame, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and products thereof.

Store in a dry and cool place <18°C away from direct sunlight.
