Good for a low-cost cast iron. Overall, it is heavy and retains heat as it should. It comes pre-seasoned, so it doesn't need any additional process. The problem is with the construction, as it came with a slightly uneven bottom and doesn't sit well on a ceramic stove (wobbles), so it may not heat evenly. I don't know if they are all like this or if mine got damaged somewhere. For a gas stove or cooking over a fire, there is obviously no problem. I paid twice as much for a Lodge, and it was worth it more.
Καλό για low-cost μαντεμένιο. Γενικά είναι βαρύ και κρατάει θερμότητα όπως πρέπει. Έρχεται έτοιμο seasoned, οπότε δενχρειάζεται κάποια επιπλέον διαδικασία. Το πρόβλημα είναι στην κατασκευή που ήρθε με λίγο στραβό πάτο και δεν κάθεται καλά πάνω σε κεραμικό μάτι (παίζει), οπότε ίσως δεν θερμαίνει ομοιόμορφα. Δεν ξέρω αν είναι όλα έτσι ή το δικό μου χτύπησε κάπου. Για εστία υγραερίου ή για μαγείρεμα σε φωτιά δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα προφανώς. Έδωσα διπλάσια λεφτά και για ένα Lodge, και τα άξιζε περισσότερο.
