All the clueless people commenting do not know that valerian has a bad smell, but as a beverage it is amazing, it calms the nervous system and helps a lot with sleep. Its taste is a bit neutral but it is very pleasant to drink. Many congratulations to Evripos for packaging all the herbs in sachets.

Valerian is tasteless. Tasteless like water. I don't mind that. The big problem is the discomfort caused by the very bad smell that comes out from the moment you open the box. Practically, it has no relaxing or calming effect, not even the slightest. In the long term, I don't know what effects its frequent consumption might have, but no one knows because there is not enough research. Since there are dozens of types of herbs and teas, what is the reason to drink something that smells awful and has no effect instead of choosing something better?

Valerian is known as a plant with a strong smell and taste. The product is fine, it has no issues and the low reviews are unfair.
The valerian with a nice smell/taste is artificially processed and not authentic.
To prove it, take a walk on google and see that these are indeed the characteristics of the plant.
As for the product, it is very good, it relaxes, but don't expect a tremendous effect.
The price is a bit high for my standards, but I know that the harvesting and packaging of the product are demanding, so there is probably a reason for it.

Badly packaged with plastic wrap because I stepped on it and bought it. As soon as you open it, it smells bad. I thought maybe it would taste good as a drink. Well, it has the same awful taste and smell. I wonder how they sell it!

The worst thing I have consumed in terms of tea, it made the house smell awful, of course, and I threw it away like a stinky foot odor.
