Instructions: Apply generously and evenly over the entire body before sun exposure and reapply frequently, especially after swimming, wiping, and sweating. Reducing this quantity will lower the level of protection. Avoid sun exposure during midday hours (10 a.m - 4 p.m). Excessive sun exposure, even with the use of sunscreen, is a serious health threat. Infants and young children should not be exposed to the sun. Protect yourself by wearing a hat, t-shirt, and sunglasses.
