On 19/6/25 I received the Xiaomi Redmi A3 Dual SIM (4GB/128GB) Forest Green mobile phone. From the very first moment I opened and activated it, it presented a serious problem: it constantly freezes and does not function smoothly, which makes it defective and unusable. Within two days I requested a return of the product and a refund. The response was "You should contact the Xiaomi representative in Greece and send your device there."
Based on Law 2251/1994 (Article 5) for Consumer Protection, the responsibility for delivering a defective product lies exclusively with the seller and not the manufacturer. Therefore, please proceed immediately with the replacement of the product or the refund of the amount I paid. In case of non-compliance, I reserve the right to file a complaint with the General Secretariat for Consumer Affairs and the Consumer Ombudsman.

    For 75 euros, the phone offers all the basics - acceptable camera, sound, telephony, apps. If you don't do crazy multitasking or play heavy games, the phone is great. And it runs a lightweight version of Android 15. Of course, it doesn't have a fast processor or a lot of memory, but believe me, it's worth every euro as a second phone or as a first if you just want the basics.
