    Double pan, 2 in 1 grill pan and omelet pan, with double non-stick marble coating, can also be used as two independent pans. According to the manufacturer, it does not contain PFOA, lead, or cadmium. It seals magnetically and is sealed around the perimeter with a rubber gasket, and the package includes a spare gasket. You can do many things with it: sauté, use it as a grill, make excellent omelets—always with silicone tools to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. It is shallow but you can easily make an omelet with 6 eggs plus vegetables. It requires very little oil for cooking and is easily cleaned with the soft side of the sponge once it has cooled. On a classic stove, it takes a little longer to heat up because it is elongated, but once hot, it cooks well, evenly, and browns food beautifully. I bought it directly from the Berlinger Haus importer. Very good purchase.
