The gothic story of Edgar Allan Poe about the derelict house of Usher comes alive in a brand-new way!
In the graphic version of "The Fall of the House of Usher," Raúl García adapts the animated feature "The Fall of the House of Usher," which is now streaming on Prime Video, and is part of the animated film "Extraordinary Tales."
A traveler arrives at the house of Usher to visit his old friend, Roderick Usher. However, upon arrival, he discovers that Roderick and his sister, Madeline, have been afflicted by a mysterious illness: Roderick's senses have become unbearably acute, while Madeline has been nearly seized by catatonia. That night, Roderick recounts to his visitor an old curse of the Usher family: whenever there is more than one Usher child, all the siblings have gone mad and died horrific deaths. As the days pass, the effects of the curse reach their terrifying climax.
In this adaptation, the renowned animator translates the language of cinema into the medium of comics.
Additionally, the original prose story by Edgar Allan Poe is included!
