The Fusion One Next 52mm circular polarizing filter from Hoya has the ability to enhance color contrast by filtering vertical light rays in the air. This saturation process of colors in your image, such as the blue of the sky and the green of the foliage, makes the colors more defined with deeper and more natural tones.
The filter's ability is not limited to enhancing color contrast. It can also control and even completely remove reflections on various surfaces, such as glass, water, or plastic.
This filter, made from professional quality optical glass by HOYA for top image quality, features 18 coatings applied to both sides of the filter glass, dramatically minimizing the chances of ghosting and flare. The coating also has stain resistance and waterproof properties, protecting the filter glass from fingerprints and smudges, thus making cleaning easier.
The lens is equipped with Hoya's exclusive low-profile two-piece frame with a front filter thread, made from lightweight yet durable aluminum. The ring provides exceptionally smooth rotation and does not cause interference when used on wide-angle lenses.
