Bought for 10 euros to replace the factory one in a Ford Fiesta '09. The factory one gave up after years of use, and this is a very honest replacement.

On the positive side, very loud sound (not that I care that much, I just want to have a working horn in case of emergency). Plastic construction, yes (the factory one had metal parts), but I don't think that's much of a problem. Quality worthy of the name, I believe it will last as many years as the car. It comes with 2 mounting plates, which I didn't use; I just put it on the factory bracket. I don't consider it to have any negatives.

For installation, you will need tools depending on your car. I needed a Torx bit to remove the headlight and a socket set. Then (also depending on the car) I had to cut the wiring because the factory plug had its own connector. This one has a socket for classic crimp connectors. I used a kit I had bought with a wire stripper, 2-in-1 crimp tool, and the job was done very easily. You tidy up the wires a bit as you see fit (zip tie/electrical tape) and you're done.
