Description

What makes the MT Targo S stand out

• MT-QVSS System: Revolutionary visor changing system that works even while wearing the helmet.

• ECE 22.06 Certification: The evolution of the Targo Pro now meets the strictest new safety standards.

• Sport Spoiler: Aerodynamic spoiler for stability and an aggressive look.

The Evolution of a Best-Seller

Racing DNA for everyday use

The MT Targo S represents the natural evolution of the popular Targo Pro and has arrived to dominate the entry-level sport category. It offers the look and feel of a racing helmet while keeping the price affordable.

Made from HIRP (High Impact Resistant Polymer), an advanced high-strength polymer, it provides excellent impact protection with low weight (1450g +/- 50).

Of course, it bears the seal of the new ECE 22.06 certification, surpassing regulatory requirements.

Innovation in Visibility (MT-QVSS)

Change visor in no time

The main advantage of the Targo S is the MT-QVSS (Quick Visor Swap System). This is an MT patent that allows you to remove the visor by pressing two buttons, without taking off the helmet or your gloves.

  • Optical Quality: The visor is made from high-quality polycarbonate material for zero distortion.
  • Sealing: The special rubber profile ensures an excellent fit between the shell and the visor, reducing noise.
  • Pinlock Ready: It has provisions for an anti-fog film (Pinlock DKS209 or FogOff - sold separately).

Comfort and connectivity

Modern equipment

  • UCS Intercom: The helmet features a special slot to accommodate intercom systems (UCS Bluetooth), making installation a breeze.
  • Interior: The lining is fully removable, washable, and made from breathable technical fabrics.
  • Safety: The fastening uses a micrometric buckle (MT-Micrometric+), which has been optimized for maximum durability and ease of use.

Tested in Practice: What Riders Say About the MT Targo S

We gathered the top points from owner reviews:

  • VFM: Considered one of the most complete options on the market for its price.
  • Lightweight feel: Despite its 1450g, the good balance makes it feel lighter while riding. Impressive Look: The large spoiler and graphics make a strong impression.
  • Proper ventilation: The air vents work efficiently, keeping your head cool.

Package contents

  • MT Targo S Helmet

This review is about the colour: Green

It is an affordable helmet for use within the city.
Noise levels above 80 km/h are high but not prohibitive.
The use of a pinlock is necessary during the winter months because the visor fogs up very quickly.
Visibility is relatively good, with the nose guard cutting off a very small part.
The materials of the inner lining are very good, as is its fastening.
Comparing it with the Targo Bee, which I bought as a second helmet, the Angeldemon is a notch higher in quality.
Of course, time will tell about their durability.
In terms of safety, it has passed American and European crash tests, which gives me a sense of confidence.
Because the back of the neck is higher than the AGV I had, the wind was bothersome, but I solved the problem with a neck warmer.
Of course, this is an anatomical issue of mine.

Finally, the graphic that covers its entire surface is very beautiful and impressive.

I bought this particular helmet purely for city commuting. It is lightweight, fits perfectly as long as you know your head circumference, has satisfactory material quality, but for the 90 euros I paid, it is quite good. For use outside the city and speeds over 90 km/h, it is not suitable; it makes noise, as I found out when I tried it on a trip. In winter, it definitely needs an anti-fog visor.

Very beautiful, good quality, the only negative is the noise above 80 km/h. I have a scooter and I raise the visor to reduce the noise.

First day, first use at a distance of 150km. Perfect fit, 57-58 medium (the pads are still "tight"). Very good visibility. It has an extra spoiler for the back, we experience it if we want. It doesn't fog up at 60% humidity and below. And let's get to the basics: up to 50-60 you're okay, then the issues start, naturally noise, turbulence, and generally quite a bit of noise, on a scooter with the windshield raised. If noise doesn't bother you, you're okay; otherwise, for high speeds, this isn't for you. Otherwise, it's worth the money. Also, it HAS a slot for Bluetooth headphones/microphone

Very good helmet and comfortable, it just needs a visor to avoid fogging. Get a universal one and a beanie to keep the helmet clean from hair. Edit: the helmet is good but it needs a pinlock. So far, I have put a visor on, one inside and one outside; the inside for fogging and the outside for rain. Edit: good evening, after many rides, the membranes do a decent job. Did you put it on for fogging?

For the money, it is an amazing helmet. Previously, I had the pilot snake. On the positive side, I would say it is made of Composite Fibre, which makes it significantly superior to thermoplastic helmets. It is very comfortable, the padding inside is very convenient, and the visibility is amazing. On the plus side, I note that the visor has something like a latch when you close it and opens very easily with your thumb while riding. It is a lightweight helmet compared to others. Also, in the summer, it is relatively cool, and in the winter, nothing cold gets in. However, it has some negatives. The visor fogs up quite easily when closed, making the pinlock anti-fog insert essential. Finally, riding when there is sunlight is really very annoying.
