The BeroNet SBA-App is designed to extend the functional capabilities of a BeroNet VoIP Gateway, ensuring communication in branches or offices with up to 20 users using a BeroNet VoIP Gateway to connect their local ISDN, PSTN, or GSM lines with their central IP PBX.

In the event that a BeroNet VoIP Gateway loses its connection to the central IP PBX, the BeroNet SBA-App automatically converts it into a Survival Branch Appliance, functioning as a local, standalone, and alternative IP PBX. This ensures the operation of the telephone lines and internal phones of the branch or office.

The BeroNet SBA-App provides a solution in cases such as:

• Failure of the central IP PBX
• Loss of connection of the central IP PBX to the internet
• Loss of local connection of the BeroNet VoIP Gateway to the internet/VPN and contact with the central IP PBX

With the BeroNet SBA-App, the BeroNet VoIP Gateway enables essential functions such as:

• Internal phone line calls
• Hold and Transfer calls
• External line calls via SIP trunks or the Gateway's ports
• Support for call groups

The BeroNet SBA-App operates independently and autonomously from the existing central IP PBX of the business.
