Not for everyday use...
It is a good pan if you know how to use it.
Too heavy for me.
It requires good maintenance.
But it lasts for years.

A wonderful product, makes everything fried on it taste so much better, it keeps the temperature well and doesn't burn food, but it does need special care and is heavy.

Heavy and difficult to clean but if you get used to it, it's perfect! Also, if you cook in cast iron, your food gets filled with iron!!

You just need to know why it rusts if you put it in the dishwasher.
It doesn't have easy use and is heavy.

This is the first cast iron pan I am using, so I don't have any particular experience. As soon as I got it, I washed it well, did 2-3 layers of seasoning, and it's just fine, cooks nicely, doesn't stick. Just a small observation. Because its diameter is larger than the diameter of the burner (ceramic hob), the points that touch the hob differ from those that don't. So if you put water to boil, you can see exactly where the burner is because that's where it forms bubbles, while around it, it doesn't. I don't know if it's a problem or not.

I highly recommend it, it is cheap, there is room for mistakes because, as you understand, cast iron is a special material (it rusts easily), there are countless videos on YouTube to watch regarding their maintenance. I also suggest getting a smaller size pan due to weight; the 30cm is very heavy.

If someone knows what they want from the cast iron pan, they know how to take care of it and clean it, it's a fantastic purchase. It comes with ready seasoning, but I suggest making your own extra as well. For cleaning, a little water and boiling on the stove and everything almost comes off by itself (preferable to scrubbing). Regular seasoning renewal, a good wipe before storage, and I believe it will last many years. I use it on induction cooktops and gas with excellent results. Keep in mind that cast iron is not exactly a non-stick pan; the seasoning makes it almost non-stick. Over time, with continuous seasoning renewals and getting used to the material, the non-stick ability becomes more apparent. Of course, never use cold water on hot cast iron because it is a material that can crack that way.

I have cooked 3-4 times, so far I think it is very honest for its price... it has high walls and is quite heavy... I did the seasoning it needs... I will come back in the future with a new review...
