As a construction, it is good and in a similar style and with the same material as two other little houses I own. The problem is that it is perforated on the sides and on the roof and should not get wet, resulting in it not being suitable for outdoor spaces without a roof. I am attaching pictures with text as proof. The store does mention high resistance to weather conditions but does not clarify about rain. Finally, the roof walls protrude and while they make a good support for placing a cushion on top for another cat to sit, rainwater will not be able to escape except from the points I show in the pictures, meaning it will fall on the animal inside. So, if we exclude rain, I think it is fine for placement on a balcony, indoors, or somewhere that does not get wet.
In conclusion, do not buy it if you intend it for strays and in a place that gets wet.
