Conductonaut Extreme is a gallium-based liquid thermal interface material, designed for maximum power density applications. As a liquid metal, it allows for the thinnest possible layer thickness and provides exceptionally high thermal conductivity at room temperature.
The liquid components of Conductonaut Extreme can level and fill fine pores and gaps, which is not largely feasible with conventional thermal pastes due to solid particles.
Handling Conductonaut Extreme requires caution, as it should not be used with aluminum radiators. For optimal performance, the use of heatsinks with nickel-plated copper bases is recommended.
