The significant work is divided into four parts.
The first part contains annotations of ecclesiastical events in Constantinople, chronologically spanning from January to December, from 330 to 1901. The births and deaths of the historians responsible for the documentation of many events are recorded. Four poems about fires that occurred in Constantinople are published: by Barnabas of Cyprus, by Konstantinos Karatzas (1728), and by Konstantinos Daponte (1755, 1756). The preserved sacred vessels and episcopal vestments of the patriarchal church are presented. Additionally, the holy relics of the patriarchal church, such as pieces of Saints Charalambos, Tryfon, John the Merciful, St. Anthony the Great, St. Anthimos of Silivri, and St. George.
The second part deals with the Synaxarion of the Holy Church of the Constantinopolitans, which contains the fixed and movable feasts of the year, mentioning churches and monasteries that are honored in their memory and in the area where they were located and celebrated. Finally, there are assemblies of movable feasts during the period of the Triodion.
The third part presents a calendar of feasts of Constantinople, the areas within the city walls, the opposite and surrounding areas, as well as the Princes' Islands. It also includes a feast calendar from January to December with significant ecclesiastical and historical news about churches, holy places, and associations that celebrate and feast.
The fourth part contains patriarchal and communal letters from 1601 to 1813. Specifically, a volume by Patriarch Gregory V concerning ecclesiastical shares known as gedik (stasis) (1807) and a register (1696-1804) of the Church of the Theotokos of Kafatianis. A letter from Patriarch Samuel I regarding the Church of the Theotokos of Egrikapi (1766) and documents from the community of Megalo Revma from 1768 onwards. Letters from Patriarchs Gregory V (1798) and Neophyte VII concerning the school of Megalo Revma (1800), a promise from fishermen (1797), letters of Ioannis Georgios (1797) and Patriarch Neophyte VII (1801), notes and documents regarding the community of Staurodromio.
