Despite the gold Olympic titles, WNBA championships, and a series of accolades, A'ja Wilson knows what it's like to be sidelined - not heard, not seen, not taken seriously. In second grade, at a predominantly white school in South Carolina, she was told that she would have to stay out for a classmate's birthday because the birthday girl's father didn't like black people.
