Two-tone ebony worry beads

Ebony is a type of wood that is almost black, dense, hard, and heavy. It usually comes from trees of the genus Diospyros, but the name ebony can also be used for other heavy and black woods from completely different plant genera.

Its fine texture and the incredibly smooth finish achieved when sanded make it valuable as a decorative wood.
