The blend is ideal for the traditional Greek pork skewers, perfectly enhancing the flavor of the meat. It consists of freshly ground herbs and spices, suitable for grilling or skewering pork.

Application method:

• Rub onto large pieces of meat for an even color and improved flavor performance.

Ingredients: Salt, pepper, green pepper, onion, tomato, carrot.

Dosing: 10g/kg of meat
