Battery Capacity

Most activity trackers have a battery capacity of around 100mA. The size of the battery is not always indicative of its autonomy, as this largely depends on the characteristics of the activity tracker and the functions we have active. For example, an activity tracker with a large color touch screen and 24-hour heart rate monitoring will often require charging even if it has a larger battery than a simpler activity tracker.

very bad watch. it's not worth the money. with a little more you can buy a branded one with at least ten times longer battery life, greater accuracy in measurements, and much better quality in the strap.
