Very well-made and carefully crafted both in materials and in how it works, changes modes, and generally in the user experience. The ARC turns on and off automatically with the TV but also provides information about the volume percentage on the TV (which I haven't seen on any other HDMI ARC). The remote is Bluetooth and works from anywhere. It constantly receives updates, as does the app (which I haven't used). On Spotify, you can choose to use it with Spotify Connect or as a simple Chromecast (Only in Chromecast mode on Spotify can it be controlled from Google Home/plays in groups and so on, but lossless playback is only available with Spotify Connect). In terms of sound quality, it is connected to the Project Audio Speakerbox 5 and I am very satisfied. Of course, a subwoofer is missing from the package. Definitely recommended, especially for normal-sized living rooms.

It is truly an excellent product!!! Clearly, there are better amplifiers, but for the reason I got it (in the living room), it rocks and is more than enough!!! Overall, the whole experience of the app + WiiM Amp is amazing!!! It's worth every euro!!! I use it with a subwoofer and 2 B&W speakers…. I also connected an external DAC to listen to lossless music from the iPad! Whatever I say is not enough … the whole user experience is simply wonderful!!!

giving it 1 star and saying it does not read usb sticks is a terrible way to review a product(also the usb on the back is audio out so you can use the amp also as a streamer if you make upgrades in the future)....its s streaming amp....use it as streamer.
i have the wiim amp paired with spendor prelude 2/2 and the wiim truly does drive them well. music is detailed and easy to listen to(compared to my classe ca150 and twenty pre amp the wiim is better) .the app is easy to use and the included remote is actually usefull. never had any bugs or issues. the wiim delivers what it promises
