Very good machine, especially for ice cream lovers. You can make ice creams with protein and minimal sugar or other sweeteners. To achieve ice cream with 10/10 texture and taste, a few trials are needed (at least in my case), but it is 100% worth it!

It has helped me incredibly with my diet. Yogurts, protein ice creams, even the ready-made protein yogurts with flavors to have a nicer texture and volume. A little xanthan gum in the mixture and pass it under hot water for a minute to melt the sides a bit. And it's not as noisy as I expected, the vacuum cleaner is noisier.

Also, know that those of you who make healthy ice creams that need to be churned because they become ice bricks again in the freezer, you are simply reducing the lifespan of the machine, because with the ice the temperature of the blade and the auger increases and there is a risk that the auger will break and the blade will become demagnetized, so then the machine is useless. To improve the lifespan, it is necessary to lower the freezing point of the mixture; this is done by adding sweeteners, glucose syrup, alcohol, salt, proteins, and starch.

I had my doubts before I got it, but in the end it was worth it!
As time goes by and I learn how it works and the recipes, the results keep getting better and better!

There is nothing better than having healthy ice cream ready at home at any time. It is very easy to use, quite noisy but only for a few minutes. We have also bought extra containers for more variety in flavors.

Small tip: a heaping teaspoon of guar gum for a creamier, non-crystalline texture. Amazing device

It is a machine expensive I believe but it does its job perfectly! It is what it is advertised for, ice cream machine! Depending on the choice, it makes what you ask for, I haven't had it for long but it makes fantastic ice cream and whatever frozen treat you want to eat!
