    The one star less is because there is no way to tighten the spirals inside the faucet and you just tighten them by hand; otherwise they won’t cause you any leakage, it’s just maybe a bit psychological that you’ve left them tightened by hand.     It has an external thread for a filter, the filter adapter does NOT screw on AT ALL. I ordered another adapter, if that one doesn't fit either, the faucet will be thrown away.

    Update: In the end, the filter adapter was at fault. I did not expect such quality from the accessories of the Japanese filter. The faucet is good.
