I ordered the first toner and it started producing continuous errors in double printing, with very faint printing on the paper. The company immediately sends another toner without charge.
The same thing happens, they inform me that the problem will be fixed with a new drum, I change the drum, the same thing...
I am convinced that I have bought the wrong machine.
Last attempt before buying a new machine and I order toner from another company.
Everything is immediately fixed, the machine works perfectly.
CONCLUSION: It is not enough to just have good intentions, but to also provide suitable products

Παραγγελνω το πρωτο τονερ και αρχιζει να βγαζει συνεχομενες βλαβες στη διπλη εκτυπωση ,, με πολυ αχνο τυπωμα στο χαρτι . Στελνει η εταιρια ΑΜΕΣΑ ΚΑΙ ΧΩΡΙΣ ΧΡΕΩΣΗ αλλο τονερ .
Τα ιδια ,με ενημερωνουν οτι το προβλημα θα διορθωθει με καινουργιο drum ,αλλαζω το drum , τα ιδια ...
Ειμαι πεπεισμενος οτι εχω αγορασει το λαθος μηχανημα .
Τελευταια προσπαθεια πριν την αγορα νεου μηχανηματος και παραγγελνω toner απο αλλη εταιρια .
Ολα διορθωνονται αμεσα το μηχανημα δουλευει αψογα .
ΣΥΜΠΕΡΑΣΜΑ : Δεν αρκει απλως να εχουμε καλες προθεσεις , αλλα να παρέχουμε και κατάλληλα προιοντα ,
I bought 2. The first one lasted about two months, but I'm not sure it printed 3000 pages. I installed the second one today. I printed about 200-300 pages and the printer started indicating that I need to replace the toner. :/ I'm disappointed
Πήρα 2. Το πρώτο κρρατησε γύρω στο δίμηνο αλλά δεν είμαι σίγουρη ότι εκτυπωσε 3000 σελίδες. Το δεύτερο το έβαλα σήμερα. Εκτύπωσα γύρω στις 200-300 σελίδες και άρχισε ο εκτυπωτής να μου βγάζει ένδειξη ότι πρέπει να αντικαταστήσω το τονερ. :/ απογοητευτηκα
